Crossover UK
Going to be staying in Bolton Abbey next week for the Crossover UK get together, should be interesting. I will be taking the camera given it's in such a pretty spot.
Debs birthday yesterday so we took the kids to eat at Frankie and Bennys in donny, the food is pretty ordinary but I like the vibe in there, as well as 'Croon FM' which constantly plays. Was all good.
Oh! the good life....

Neighbors
Just sat there typing away and the neighbors daughter bursts through the front door screaming 'DEB! I think there's someone in my house', shit, rushed to get my shoes on, by then Deb was already halfway round there. Turned out it was her brother returning to pick his forgotten keys up. She was vexed cos she'd just dropped him off in town and he'd beaten her back to the house when he realised.

GR Event Preview
Should be a good bash at the Game Republic event tomorrow, I have a feeling it's going to be a big turnout. It will be good to catch up with everyone on home turf given the after party will be in and around sheffield. We're ending up in the 'Sanctuary' which I've never been in..see how long that lasts then.

Toon 2
Ended up back in Newcastle Tuesday for another event, this time "Industry All Stars". Took a few pics, most were a bit poor as the venue was dark and I'm not fully skilled up yet. I'll bang a few up on flickr later on. After the event, it was Pitcher and Piano time. I got very excitable, particularly after a tipoff from the barstaff saying how much was left on the tab...champagne time then. Ended up at the apartment again which was quiet (Tuesdays I guess). No scatman.

Sunday Jam
Had a nice time at the Leopard yesterday, once the bass cab was replaced it got going. Highlights include Buddy sporting a new amp and Dave, who played a blinder on drums despite not really being present. I managed to last till about 9:30 then amnesia set in and the last thing I remember was deb coming to pick me up. Very nice.
